KELLI CLEARY, FOUNDER

A San Francisco native with over a decade in technical recruiting.

Through my experience at companies of all sizes-from large enterprises to early-stage startups-I’ve seen firsthand where the bottlenecks occur in technical hiring. I founded TechCity Talent to help tech companies overcome these challenges in the field I know best: identifying exceptional software engineering talent.

While my roots are in San Francisco, I work with companies wherever great tech is being built.
